Our goal is to provide quality smoked meats to the community at a reasonable price, using time-honored techniques and new old school processes. We hope to serve you a uniquely home-cooked meal that you will enjoy.

About Us

My wife and I began this adventure about four years ago when eating out became exceptionally expensive. What started with making our own sausage quickly pulled us down the rabbit hole of backyard barbecue. 

After extensive research and testing, we committed to smoking all our meats (exclusively) on our offset smoker, crafting Central Texas-style pit barbecue favorites. We hope you enjoy our products and share in the flavor of our hard-earned experience and successes.

During this class, we will take you through the entire sausage making process. We will grind the trimmings, season the meat, stuff the casings, smoke the links, and package the product. Class times will be determined by participant interest. Contact us for more information.
